Is it true that those bonds are built through acts of both collaboration and cultural trust-building?

Is it true that WE are tasked with cultivating and maintaining those cultural bonds?

Is it true that our cultural bonds are made of stories, and that these stories must be shaped, refined, and protected by parents and elders?
